It’s official, Samsung will offer the Apple Music application on its Smart TVs from 2018, 2019 and 2020, via a simple update.
Recall that last year, the same Samsung deployed Apple TV and AirPlay 2 support on its screens.
Apple Music also on Samsung Smart TVs
Samsung today introduced a new software upgrade, which will enable to equip its Smart TV (2018/2019/2020) to accommodate the Apple Music application.
Obviously, the application will allow the subscriber to find his account, and continue to listen to his favorite songs directly from the living room TV. Note that Samsung is the first manufacturer to offer Apple Music on its televisions.
“Our partnership with Apple has helped to provide consumers with a new range of entertainment options, especially when looking for more content to their Smart TV, and today we are the first to offer Apple Music” Samsung says. The update is currently being deployed.
